Schneider and Th The following members were absent: none Co ncilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 82-610 ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACTATION OF DRAINAGE DITCH EASEMENT LOT 2 AND PART OF LOT 3, EAST MEDICINE LAKE ADDITION WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, the City has received a petition for a vaca- tion of the following drainage ditch easement: The drainage ditch easement over the Easterly 8 feet of Lot 2, East Medicine Lake Addition, per Docsi-ilent No. 822130. AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said petition and found the same to be in order; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH that it should, and hereby does, establish the date of December 20, 1982 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing on said petition and directs the administra- tive staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by lair.
