Co ncilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-610
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACTATION OF
DRAINAGE DITCH EASEMENT
LOT 2 AND PART OF LOT 3, EAST MEDICINE LAKE ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, the City has received a petition for a vaca-
tion of the following drainage ditch easement:
The drainage ditch easement over the Easterly 8 feet of Lot 2,
East Medicine Lake Addition, per Docsi-ilent No. 822130.
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said petition and found the same to
be in order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that it should, and hereby does, establish the date of December 20, 1982 at 7:30 p.m.
in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the
time and place for the public hearing on said petition and directs the administra-
tive staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by lair.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neilsand upon vote beingg taken thereon, the

Schneider and Threinen
