Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a recular _ meetino of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the

Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and
move its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-607
DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION
AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT
STREET LTGHTING - 30TH PLACE AND URBANDALE LANE
WHEREAS, a petition has been received from property owners reouesting installation
of ornamental residential street lighting at the intersection of 30th Place and
Urbandale Lane;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH:
1. The petition requesting the improvement of the intersection of 30th Place and
Urbandale Lane by the installation of residential ornamental street lighting,
filed with the City Council on November 15, 1982, is hereby declared to be
signed by the required percentage of owners of property affected thereby.
This declaration is made in conformance to Minnesota Statutes Section 429.035.
2. The petition is signed by 100% of the affected property owners and they have
waived their rights to public improvement and special assessment hearings.
3. The petition is hereby referred to the City Engineer and he is instructed to
report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a
preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to
whether it should best be made as proposed or in conjunction with some other
improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the .
following vo e n favor ereo : Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
Schneider and Threinen - -
