Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
15th day of November 19 82 The following members were

Cqupcilmgmber Moen introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-601
AMENDING DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR NATHAN TRAILS, PLAT TWO (A-698)
WHEREAS, the City Council approved the final pat and development contract for
the Nathan Trails, Plat Two plat on October 79, 1982 by Resolution No. 81-732;
and
WHEREAS, the development contract was executed b;,, Meadow Corporation on Octo-
ber 5, 1981; and
WHEREAS, the development contract provides that the developer shall install and
complete the improvements to this plat on or before December 31, 1982; and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested an extension of time to October 1, 1983
for completion of the required public improvements;
NOMI, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the development contract between the City and Meadow Corporation for Nathan
Trails, Plat Two approved by Resolution No. 81-732 is hereby amended to provide
that the developer shall complete all the required public improvements within
the plat on or before October 1, 1983.
