Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a rpgnlar meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was he d on the

Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and
moved Its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-600
ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
18TH AVENUE STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS - PROJECT NO. 122
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 82-222 of the City Council, adopted the 3rd day of May
1982, fixed a date for a public hearing with respect to utility and street improve-
ments on 18th Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the proposed project includes the installation of trunk water facilities,
watermain lateral, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and street improvements along 18th
Avenue between Highway 55 and W. Medicine Lake Drive; and
WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications
of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon the 17th day of
May 1982, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity
Elk to be heard thereon;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOLm:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution
adopted May 3, 1982.
2. The street shall be constructed to a 9 ton s-,:andard, 36 foot wide, from
Highway 55 to Forestview Lane and to a 7 ton stand=.rd, 32 foot wide, from
Forestview Lane to West Medicine Lake Drive.
3. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates is hereby designated as engineer
for the improvement. They shall prepare plans and specifications for the
making of such improvement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon. the
following vo e n Avor ereo Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
Schneider and Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: none
whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pas—secrand adopted.
