OF PLYMMITH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on t 5th day of November . 1982. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport cilmembers oen, a s, _ The following mobers were sent: none Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 82-597 REQUESTING HENNEPIN COUNTY TO INITIATE SALE OF TAX FORFEIT PARCEL KNOWN AS TRACT n, RLS NO. 237 iN THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH (File 81068) WHEREAS, that parcel of land known as Tract D, RLS No. 237 (PIN 23-118-27-34-0067) at the northeast corner of 28th Ave# a North and West Medicine Lake Drive ii+ the City of Plymouth is tax forfeited; and, WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has received a petition for a plat of adjacent property: and, WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth desires to have Tract D, RLS No. 237 returned to the tax rolls by inclusion in the proposed plat; and, WHEREAS, the adjacent property owner is desirous to acquire Tract D, RLS No. ?37 for purposes of inclusion in the proposed plat; NOW, THEREFORE BE 1T HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY Of PLYM UTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does request that the appropriate procedures he. initiated by Hennepin County to place Tract D, RLS No. 237 (PIN 23-118-22-34-0067) on sale to the adjacent property so this parcel can he included in a proposed plat which, when approved by the City of Plymouth will be filed and recorded with Hennepin County.
