HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1982-595! 0 CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 15th day of November 1982. Uhqoiftr Jhreinen The following members were sent: none f� rqnnrilmAmber n introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 82-595 SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING AND REGARDING FINAL PLAT FOR RAY CARLSON, CENTURION COMPANY FOR "FOX FOREST" (RPUD 81-2) (80045) WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat and Development Contract for "Fox Forest" (RPUD 81-2) as requested by Ray Carlson, Centurion Company; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following prior to recording of said plat: 1. Compliance with the Engineer's Memorandum. 2. Development of Outlots B and C is subject to Ordinance requirements as established in Section 9 for RPUD Final Plan and Site Plan. 3. Subsequent applications and development of the entire RPUD area are subject to the conditions and requirements as established in Resolution No. 80-890 and 81-202. 4. A 30 -ft. wide trail outlot shall be provided within Outlot 8 and this trail outlot, and Outlot A shall be deeded to the City with the subsequent phases of development for Outlot B. 5. Park dedication requirement shall comply with the policy in effect at the time of filing the Final Plat.. Development of trails, and credit therefore, shall be part of the development of Outlot 8 and C. 6. Submittal of required utility and drainage easements as approved by the City Engineer. 7. No Building Permits for the single family detached lots to be issued until the Final Plat is filed and recorded with Hennepin County. Page 2 Resolution No. 82-595 S. A side yard setback of 10 feet is approved per typical lot layout prepared May 11, 1982. 9. Removal of all dead or dying trees at the owner's expense.
