CITY Of PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular _ meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held onthe ---15th day of November . 1162 .

Councilmember Threinen introduced the following Resolution and moved its
option:
RESOLUTION NO. 82- 594
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DLVELOPMLNT CONTRACT FOR RAY CARLSON, CENTURION COMPANY FOR
"FOX FOREST" (RPUD 81-2) (80045)
WHLRLAS, Ray Carlson, Centurion Company has requested approval of the Final Plat for
"Fox Forest" (RPUD 81-2), a plat for five single family lots and three outlots located
north and east of State Highway 55 and Minnesota Western Railroad intersection aryl a
Development Contract therefore; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends its approval;
arid,
WHEREAS, City staff has prepared a Development Contract coverinq the improvements
related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Ray Carlson, Centurion
Company for Final Plat approval of "Fox Forest" (RPUD 81-2) located north and east of
State Highway 55 and Minnesota Western Railroad intersection; and,
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved and that the Mayor and
City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the City.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
rQtsnri1mamhpr.Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, t1W
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
5chpeider and Threinen '
