Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of

Council member Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-591
RESOLUTION PROPOSING VARIOUS
SELECTION FACTORS FOR CONSIDERATION
BY THE WASTE MANAGEMENT BOARD
WHEREAS, the Minnesota Waste Management Board will be narrowing the existing 28
preliminary hazardous waste processing sites to 10 - 12 proposed areas; and
WHEREAS, in order to accomplish this end the Board will be evaluating and rankinq
each site using certain selection factors; and
WHEREAS, the Board has requested that each affected municipality propose selection
factors for Board consideration at their November 4, meeting;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Plymouth,
Minnesota, approves proposed selection factors as submitted in the staff report dated
October 29, 1982 and further directs that such factors be transmitted to the Board
Arid are recommended for inclusion in the Board's final list of selection factor
adopted on November 4, 1982
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
