adoption:
RESOLUTION 82- 589
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF CONSULTING SERVICE AGREEMENT
WITH EHLERS AND ASSOCIATES
WHEREAS, Ehlers and Associates provides periodic independent professional financial
consulting services to the City of Plymouth; and
WHEREAS, the execution of a new consulting agreement between the City and Fhlers and
Associates has been requested by Ehlers to reflect their new fee schedule;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth,
Minnesota, that it should and hereby does direct the Mayor and City Manager to
execute a new consulting agreement dated September 30, 1982 with Ehlers and
Associates.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
