Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reaular meetinc, of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
1st day of November , 19_.gL. The following members were
present:

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-586
REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 4 AND FINAL
TURTLE LAKE AREA IMPROVEMENTS
PROJECT NO. 920/010/014
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth as owner and Northdale Construction Company as
contractor have entered into an agreement for the Turtle Lake Area Improvements,
said agreement being dated March 8, 1982; and
WHEREAS, the engineer has certified his acceptance of the work and his approval
of the final request for payment;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH:
I. That the original contract amount was $595,523.70, no change
orders were approved, and the value of the work to date is
10 $599,582.43.
2. That the work performed by the contractor for Project No. 920/010/01,
and certified to the Council by the engineer as acceptable be and
the same is hereby released from the contract except as to the con-
ditions of the performance bond, any and all legal rights of the
owner, required guarantees and corrections of faulty work after
final payment.
3. Request for Payment No. 4 and Firal in the amount of $120,477.96
to Northdale Construction Company for Project 920/010/014 is hereby
approved and the City Finance Director is hereby authorized and
directed to pay the same forthwith.
