Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a � regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth,M ni nesota was heTF on the
1st day of November . 19_BZ. The following members were
present:Mayo� r Davenport. n ilmembers Moen, Neils. Schneider and Threinen .
The following members were absent: none
Co n ilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. &- 584
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
UTILITY IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT NO. 208, 209 AND 210
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing for the following changes
to the utility improvements contract for Projects No. 208, 209 and 210:
Add Project No. 232, Mount Olivet Sanitary Sewer, to contract
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for the utility improvements contract for Projects
208, 209 and 210 is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that Change Order No. 1 for the utility improvements contract for Projects 208,
209 and 210 adding $38,221.00 is approved and the original contract price of
$174,567.00 is revised to $212,788.00.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted n favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils
and lbrej nen
