Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota washeldon the 1st day of
November , 1982. The following members were present: Mavnr Davenuort.
rnuncilmembers Moen, Neils Schneider & Threinen. The followinq members were
absent: none
Enupcilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-582
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND
CRITERION M.P.U.D. (A-814)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated May 13, 1980, Zachman
Homes, Inc. and Duane N. and Gabriele C. Hall, developers of Criterion M.P.U.D.
(A-814), have agreed to install certain improvements for said development: and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site
grading as noted below; and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to
reflect the completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows:

That the letter of credit required remain at 551,520 for the industrial portion
and be further reduced from $19,800 to $0 (zero) for the residential portion.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
rnuncilmemher Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Xouncilmembers Moen, Neils,
Theaider and 1hrainan
