HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1982-581CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re lar meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the Ott day of Nnvembar , 1982. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, r_nuneitmembers Moen, Neils, Schneider & Threinen. The following members were absent: none Cnuncilmember Schneiderintroduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 82- 581 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND PLYMOUTH HILLS 3RD ADDITION (81032) WHLREAS, in accordance with the amended development contract dated duly 12, 1982, Plymouth Hlls Company, developer of Plymouth Hills 3rd Addition, 1%8103?), has agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below; and WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the completed work; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows: ITEM ORIGINAL AMOUNT NEW AMOUNT Street Construction Sanitary Sewer Watermain Storm Sewer Boulevard and Drainage Swale hod Pond or Ditch Construction Street Signs Street Sweeping and Storm Sewer Cleaning Park and Trail Improvements Maintenance of Erosion and Sediment Control Plan Site Grading Design, Administration, Inspection, As-Builts TOTAL $ 38,100 5 26,670 13,700 13,700 1,400 1,400 32,300 32,300 5,000 4,000 -0- -0- 300 300 21500 2,500 -0- -0- 2,000 2,000 35,300 149120 15,672 11,639 5146,272 $108,62.9 That the letter of credit required be reduced from 5146,272 to 5108,629 to reflect the completed work. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by �Oupcjlmembgr Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor t reof: MaXor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils, -groppider and Threinen . The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
