HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1982-578CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a ar meetinq of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 1st day of November, 1982. The following members were present:Mayor Davenport rnuncilmembers Moen. Neils, Schneider b Threinen . The followinq members were absent: None Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its option: RESOLUTION NO. 82- 578 REDUCING DEVELOPW14T BOND BURL OAKS 3RD ADDITION (A-792) WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated March 16, 1981, Lundgren Bros. onst rust ion, Inc. , developer of Burl Oaks 3rd Addition, (A-791' , has agreed to install certain improvements for said development: and WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below; and WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the completed work; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE. CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows: ITEM Street Construction Sanitary Sewer Watermain Storm Sewer Qoulevard and Drainage Swale 'od pond or Ditch Construction Street Signs Street Sweeping and Storm Sewer Cleaninq Park and Trail Improvements (Paving) ORIGINAL AMOUNT NEW AMOUNT Maintenance of Erosion and Sediment Control Plan Site Grading Design, Administration, Inspection "s-BuiltS TOTAL S 71,600 S -0- 47,700 -0- 35,500 -0- 8,200 -0- 5,000 5,000 -0- -0- 300 -0- 1,500 1,500 1,600 1,600 500 500 20,400 2,040 23,076 1,280 $215,376 $11,920 That the letter of credit required be reduced from 514,140 to $11,920 to reflect the completed work. FURTHER 13L IT RESOLVED that the street construction and concrete curb and gutter are accepted as of November 1, 1982 for continual maintenance subject to the one year guarantee by the developer. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mavnr Davenport. Councilmembers Moen, Neils, - trhnaider and Threinen The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
