HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1982-575Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the ist day of November . 102 .
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, CouncilmembersiRoeni , ReTTs, Songider and Threinen
following members were sent:
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82- 575
APPROVING SITE PLAN 1`1R MULTIFLORA IMPORTS AT 2340 NIAGARA LANE (82054)
WHEREAS, MultiFlora Imports has requested approval of a Site Plan for an
office/warehouse facility to be located at 2340 Niaqara Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recomi-ends its approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL nF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the regdest of Multiflora Imports for
Site Plan approval of an approximate 20,700 sq. ft. office/warehouse building to be
located at 2340 Niagara Lane subject to the followinq conditions:
1. Compliance with City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Payrent of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication in accordance with
Dedication Policy in effect at the time of Building Permit issuance.
3. Submission of required financial guarantee and Site Performance Anreement for
completion of site improvements.
4. Any signage shall be in compliance with the Ordinance; the proposed location
shall be modified to provide the required minimum 20 foot setback.
5. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviewed and
approvals per Ordinance provisions.
6. A nine foot wide emergency access shall be provided to the Siamese connection;
the parking stall shall be placed next to the future parkinq stalls further
east.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by

The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
