HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1982-572CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a r�ular� meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on true :,1st day of November 1982. The following members were present: Mayor Davenoort, Counciimembers Moen, Neils, Schneider and Threinen. The following members were absent: none M Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its 530PEM: RESOLUTION NO. 82-672 APPROVING SUBDIVISION VARIANCE FOR LOT DIVISION OF FOR CECELIA DRAZEK, 12420 RIDGEMOUNT AVENUE WEST (82051) WHEREAS, Cecelia Drazek, 12420 Ridgemount Avenue West, has requested a Subdivision Variance for division of a parcel into two parcels; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request and recommends appy ov`1; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Subdivision Variance for the following Lot Division for Cecelia Drazek, 12420 Ridgemount Avenue West, and that the City Manager be authorized to take the necessary special assessment corrections based upon City Policy when the division is approved by Hennepin County: EXISTING LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Lots 13 and 14, Block 3, "WILSHIRE GARDENS HENNEPIN COUNTY MINNESOTA"except the following described parts of said Lot 13 and Lot 14: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Lot 13; thence in a Northerly direction along the West line of said Lot 13; and said Lot 14 to the Northwest corner of said Lot 14; thence in an Easterly direction along the North line of said Lot 14; to a point distant 300 feet from the Northwest corner thereof; thence in a Southerly direction to a point on the South line of said Lot 14; which point is distant Easterly 300 feet from the Southwest corner of said Lot 14; thence in a Southerly direction to a point on the South line of said Lot 13 which point is distant Easterly 300 feet from the Southwest corner of said Lot 13; thence along the South line of said Lot 13 in a Westerly direction to the point of beginning, according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder in and for Hennepin County, Minnesota. No. 82-572 PARCEL A: That part of the following described property: Lots 13 and 14, Plock 3, 11WILSM GARDENS HENNEPIN COUNTY MINNESOTA", except the following described parts of said Lots 13 and Lot 14: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Lot 13; thence in a Northerly direction along the West line of said Lot 13; and said Lot 14 to the Northwest corner of said Lot 14; thence in an Easterly direction along the North line of said Lot 14; to a point distant 300 feet from the Northwest corner thereof; thence In a Southerly direction to a point on the South line of said Lot 14 which point is distant Easterly 300 feet from the Southwest corner of said Lot 14; thence in a Southerly direction to a point on the South line of said Lot 13 which point is distant Easterly 300 feet from the Southwest corner of said Lot 13; thence along the South line of said Lot 13 in a Westerly direction to the point of beginning, according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder in and for Hennepin County, Minnesota.
