The following members were present ' The following mem ers were absent: none Coug,cil tuber Thrpijam- introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 82- 571 ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF ANNAPOLIS LANE ADJACENT TO RADISSON INN. PLYMOUTH WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, Radisson Totai Company has petitioned the City Council for a vacation of a portion of Annapolis Lane adjacent to the Radisson Inn, Plymouth; and WHEREAS, the following is a description of the requested vacation: A portion of the permanent easement for street and utility purposes over, under and across the following parcel of land: The East 60 feet of that part of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 22, Township 118, Range 22, line westerly of the West line of Registered Land Survey No. 1133, Files of the Registrar of Titles, County of Hennepin and southerly of the southerly right of way line of State Highway No. 55 as described in Document No. 1087169 filed in the office of the Registrar of Titles, Hennepin County, Minnesota. The part of said easement to be vacated is described as follows: That part of the above described strip of land which lies north of the south 15.00 feet of said Southwest quarter and which lies southerly of a circle having a 50.00 foot radius. The center of said circle is described as follows: Commencing at the northwest corner of said Registered Land Survey No. 1133; thence South, assumed bearing, along said west line of Registered Land Survey No. 1133 a distance of 48.61 feet; thence on a bearing of West a distance of 10.00 feet to the center of said circle. AND ALSO The following part of a permanent easement for street and utility purposes over, under and across the following described parcel of land which abuts said Annapolis Lane: That part of Tract A, Registered Land Survey No. 1133, Files of Registrar of Titles, County of Hennepin, bounded on the east by a line parallel with and 217.21 feet east of the west line of said Tract A. Bounded on the south by the following described line: Resolution No. 82.571 Page 2 Beginning at a point on *�-- west line of said Tract A 66.21 feet south of the northwest corner of said Tract A; thence east at right angels to the west line of said Tract A for a distance of 51.84 feet to the point of curvature; thence deflecting to the right along a tangential curve having a radius of 151.94 feet and a central angle of 30 degrees 44 minutes 15 seconds to a point of tangency; thence south- easterly parallel with the northeasterly line of said Tract A to the most easterly line of said Tract A and there terminating. Bounded on the north by the arc of a circle having a 50.00 foot radius. The center of said circle is described as follows: Commencing at the northwest corner of said Registered Land Survey No. 1133, thence South, assumed bearing, along the west line of said Registered Land Survey No. 1133 a distance of 48.61 feet; thence on a bearing of West a distance of 10.00 feet to the center of said circle. Bounded on the northeast by the southwesterly line of the northeasterly 10.00 feet at said Tract A. AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said petition and found the same to be in order; i NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ! that it should, and hereby does, establish the date of December 6, 1982 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing on said petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Mayor Davenport 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
