Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a rpgijlar meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
ist day of November , 19,x. The following members were

CQuocilmgmbg Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-570
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE VACATION OF A PORTION OF TRAIL
EASEMENT, LOT 13, BLOCK 1, MISSION HILLS PARK, 4TH ADDITION
WHEREAS, a petition was received to vacate a portion of the walkway easement on
Lot 13, Block 1, Mission Hills Park, 4th Addition; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing with respect to said vacation was held on November 1,
1982 in accordance with Minnesota Statutes 412.851, as amended; and
WHEREAS, a notice of publication of said hearing was published and posted two
weeks prior to the meeting of November 1, 1982; and
WHEREAS, the Council did hold a public hearing on November 1, 1982 to inform
any and all interested parties relevant to the vacation of a portion of the
walkway easement on Lot 13, Block 1, Mission Hills Park 4th Addition; and
WHEREAS, it was determined by the City Council that a certain portion of the
walkway easement is not needed for a public walkway;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, as follows:
That the following portion of the walkway easement be vacated as public
walkway:
All of the 15' wide trail easement over the north 15' of Lot 13,
Block 1, Mission Hills Park 4th Addition, except the east 40' of
the north 10' thereof.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vo e n favor ereo : Mayor Davenport Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
rein
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
