Pursuant to due call and.notice thereof, a meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on _ t th day of October . 1982.

The following gibers were absent: Council member Threinen
Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
aidoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-567
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE REVISION IN ANNUAL INCOME GUIDELINES
FOR THE CITY COUNCIL'S SPECIAL ASSESSMENT DEFERRAL POLICY
WHEREAS, the gross income limit established for the Special Assessment Deferral
Policy is considered in conjunction with the income guidelines used for the Housing
Redevelopment Authority Home Improvement Grant Program; and
WHEREAS, on September 20, 1982 the City Council authorized a revision of the gross
income limit for the Home Improvement Grant Program from $12,600 to $13,500; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to be consistent in the administration of the
income guidelines for both programs;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth,
Minnesota, that it should and hereby does adopt a revised income quideline for the
special assessment deferral policy of $173,500.
