Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 18th day of
prtnher , 1982. The following weebers were present: Mayor Davenport,
rnnncilmembers Moen, Neils and Schneider The following members were
absent: Councilmember Threinen
Copncilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption
RESOLUTION NO. 82-562
APPROVING CHANCE ORDER M7. 2
UTILITY AND STREET JMPROVEMENT
PROJECT NO. 201, 202 and 211
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 has been prepared providing for the following,
changes to the utility and street improvements contract for Projects No. 201,
202 and 211:
1. Add adjust manholes and stop boxes on Projects 201 because
of change in street grade.
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 for the utility and street improvements contract for
Projects 201, 202 and 211 is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 2 for the utility and street
improvements contract for Projects 201, 202 and 211 adding $1,946.15 is approved
and the existing contract price of $295,158.75 is revised to $297,104.90.
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. .
