Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, arhe ul�ar meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held) on the 18th day of
October , 1982. The following members were Present: Mayor Davenport,
rniinrilmemhers Moen. Neils and Schneider The following members were
absent: rouncilmember Threinen .

rnuncilmember Neilsintroduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-561
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT
STREET LIGHTING - 11TH AVENUE WITHIN FERNDALE NORTH 4TH ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted September 13, 1982, a
report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement
of Brockpahler Addition by the installation of ornamental residential street
lights and this report was received by the Council. on October 18, 1982;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council finds and determines that said petitions were signed by all
owners of real property abutting upon the streets named as the location of
the improvements.
2. Such improvements are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolutions
adopted September 13, 1982.' The petitioners have waived their right to a
public hearing.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for these improve-
ments. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Northern
States Power Company.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
rnunrilmamher Moen , and upon vote being taken thereo, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils
The fonowing voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared dulx passel and adopted.
