RESOLUTION NO. 82-560
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PR03FCT
STREET LIGHTING - NEST RIDGE ESTATES FOURTH ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted September 13, 19%1, a
report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the Improvement
of West Ridge E3tates Fourth Addition by the Installation of ornamental resi-
dential
esi-
dential street lights and this report was received by the Council on Iletobvr 14,
1982;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council finds and determines that said petitions were signed by 01
owners of real property abutting upon the streets named as the locatiore of
the improvements.
2. Such improvements are hereby ordered as proposed in the Cowell resolutions
adopted September 13, 1987. The petitioners have waived thrir rlqht to a
public hearing.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the englneer for these Improve-
ments. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Northern
States Power Company.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly sooatled by
