The following members were ent: fol 1 ter• re Councilmgmber Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 82- 558 RECEIVING PETITION FROM RADISSON TOZAI COMPANY VACATION OF ANNAPOLIS LANE *t* WHEREAS, the Radisson Tozai Company has submitted a petition to the City of Plymouth for the vacation of a portion of Annapolis Lane adjacent to the Radisson Inn at the southeast corner of Highway 55 and I-494; and WHEREAS, said petition was received by the City Council on October 18, 1982; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. That said petition is hereby received and filed. 2. That said petition will be considered by the City Council in conjunction with any site plan revisions for the Radisson Inn. 3. That the City administrative staff is directed to coordinate the vacation petition along with any site plan amendment in order that they can be considered by the City Council concurrently. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by and upon vote being taken thereon, the no lowing voted n favor ereo : Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils and Schneider TFW—following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
