Couacilmember Neils --introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-557
AUTHORIZING PAYMENT
PROJECT NO. 017, COMMUNITY PLAYFIELDS, PHASE I, SCHEDULE G
ARBITRATION SETTLEMENT
WHEREAS, Perkins Landscape Contractors, the contractor for Project 017, Phase I,
Schedule G, has filed a suit for arbitration with regard to said contract; and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has negotiated a settlement with regard to said suit;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that a payment in the amount of $3,500 is approved as settlement of said arbitration
suit. The City Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to pay the same
forthwith.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
