Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 18th day of
nctnher , 1982. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport,
.ouncilmembers Moen, Neils and Schneider The following members were
absent: Councilmember Threinen

RESOLUTION NO. 92-553
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND
DEERW00D MEADOWS PLAT TWO (A-784)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated dune 29, 1979,
Parklands Development, developer of Deerwood Meadows Plat Two (A-784), has
agreed to Install certain improvements for said development; and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site
grading as noted below; and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to
reflect the completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows:

That the letter of credit required be reduced from $67,000 to $21,000 to reflect
the completed work.
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the street construction and concrete curb and gutter
are accepted as of October 18, 1982 for continual maintenance subject to the one
year guarantee by the developer.
The motion for the adaption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils
