Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a rpgijar meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth. M nnesota was he -on the

Councilmember Schneider 'introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-551
ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND
DESIGNATING CONSULTING ENGINEER
COUNTY ROAD 61/XENIUM LANE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
CITY PROJECT NO. 205
WHEREAS, the City Council has established a Tax Increment Financing District
within Development District No. 2; and
WHEREAS, the proposed improvement projects include the following:
1. Construction of new County Road 61 from approximately 300
feet north of Xenium Lane northerly to County Road 9.
2. Construction of Xenium Lane from Campus Drive northerly to
approximately 200 feet north of 34th Avenue.
AND, WHEREAS, in order to meet the required time schedules for construction,
a consulting engineer for the project needs to be retained; and
WHEREAS, the project will involve joint cooperation between the City of Plymouth,
Minnesota Department of Transportation and Hennepin County;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE I HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the firm of Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates Inc.
is designated at the consulting engineer for the County Road 61 Xenium Lane
improvement project, City Project No. 205.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the scope of the project is to prepare all necessary
design computations, plans and specifications, environmental assessment and
carry out construction staking and inspection for the project.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
]]ma�pkgr Neiand upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport. Councilmembers Moen and
Schneider

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
