Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
4th day of October 19•gZ. The following members were
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution a A'
moved Its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-547
APPROVING NO PARKING SIGN INSTALLATION
LARCH LANE FROM COUNTY ROAD 9 TO HAMEL ROAD
WhEREAS, the City Council has established a bike lane on Larch Lane from County
Road 9 to Hamel Road; and
WHEREAS, to make the bike lane usable, it is necessary to remove parking from
the roadway;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that no parking signs shall be placed on both sides of Larch Lane from County Road
9 to Hamel Road.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Ma orDaven ort , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
