Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a rtpagn I ar meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
4th day of October 19 82The following members

r_e„ngilmember Threinen introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-544
ORDING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF A PORTION OF THE
TRAIL EASEMENT IN MISSION HILLS PARK 4TH ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, Morton and Linda Shapiro have petitioned
the City Council for a vacation of the following trail easement:
All of the 15' wide trail easement over the north 15' of Lot 13,
Block 1, Mission Hills Park 4th Addition except the east 40' of
the north 10' thereof.
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said petition and found the same
to be in order,
NMI, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should, and hereby does, establish the date of
November 1, 1982 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City
Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the tin* and place for the public
hearing on said petition and directs the administrative staff to publish
notice of said hearing as provided by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
