Minnesota was held on the 4th day of October . 19§L. The following members were present:Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen. Schneider and Threinen The following members were absent: Councilmembers Neils o ncilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption - RESOLUTION NO. 82-541 RESOLUTION CALLING FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT PROJECT NO. 240 34TH AVENUE MATER AREA WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on October 4, 1982 the City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the total cost of the following improvements: 1. 34th Avenue from Xenium Lane to the West boundary of Heritage Estates 2nd Addition by the installation of watermain trunk facilities, and all necessary appurtenances; and WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment has been completed and filed in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. A hearing shall be held of the 1st day of November, 1982 in the City Council Chambers of the Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, Plymouth, Minnesota at 7:10 p.m. to pass upon such proposed assessment and at such timf and place all persons owning property affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference to such assessment. 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the proposed assessment to be published once in the official newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing, and shall state in the notice the total cost of the improvement. The Clerk shall also cause mailed notice to be given to the owner of each parcel described in the assessment roll.
