Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a rPg0a meetino of
the City Council of the. City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
4th day of October , 1982 . The following members were

moved its adoption:

CALLING FOR HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS -PROJECT 231
6th AVENUE- HUMPHREY ESTATES
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Council adopted May 3, 1982, a report has
been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. with respect to
the improvement of 6th Avenue from a point 696 ft. M.O.L. East of the centerline
of Xenium Lane to Pineview Lane and Sycamore Lane and Sycamore Circle within the
proposed Humphrey Estates Addition.
WHEREAS,the proposed project includes installation of sanitary sewer, watermain,
bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer and all necessary
appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, said report was received by the Council on September 13, 1982;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street in accord-
ance with the report and the assessment of benefited property for
all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota
Statutes 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended) at
an estimated total cost of the improvement of $907,920.00
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the
1st day of November, 1982 in the Council Chambers of the Plymouth City
Center at 3400 Plymouth Boulevard at 7:30 p.m., and the Clerk shall
give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvements
as required by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted n favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen.

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
