Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a rpnillar meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on t day of October 1982.

Introduced the following Resolution and moved its
on:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-531
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PLRFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR MINNESOTA TORO (79047)
WWREAS, a Site Plan for Minnesota Toro located at 14900 21st Avenue North was approved
under City Council Resolution No. 79-685; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required site performance guarantee in the form of
a bond in the amount of $105,000.00: and,
WHEREAS, under Resolution No. 81-687, the City Council reduced this bond to $10,000.00;
and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer that the required site improvements had been
completed, City staff has inspected said site and recommends release of the bond;
NOW, THEREFORE, HE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of the Site Performance
Bond No. MNR 899807 in the amount of $105,000.00 which was submitted to guarantee site
improvements for Minnesota Toro located at 14900 21st Avenue North.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mavnr Davenport. Councilmembers Moen, Schneider

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pas3ed and adopted.
