Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a�pgr meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plyaouthe Minnesota, was held ons day of October 1982.

rnmncilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-530
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF S1TL PLRFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR AMERICAN HOSPITAL SUPPLY (79067)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for American Hospital Supply located the northeast corner of
Xenium Lane and County Road 15 way approved under City Council Resolution No. 79-616;
and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required site performance guarantee in the form of
a bond in the amount of $90,000.00; and,
WHEREAS, under Resolution No. 81-848, the City Council reduced this bond to $10,000.00;
and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer that the required site improvements had been
completed, City staff has inspected said site and recommends release of the bond;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of the Site Performance
Bond No. S 79 45 80 in the amount of $10,000.00 which was submitted to guarantee site
improvements For American Hospital Supply located at the northeast corner of Xenium
Lane and County Road 15.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
councilmember hneider , and upon vote being taken therewn, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenaort, Councilmembers Moen, Schneider

whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
