Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a UgALV meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 4th_ day of October . 19 82.

rnwnrilmPmhPr Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82- 529
AUTHORIZING RELEASL OF S1TL PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR CARLSON PROPERTIES (A-263)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Carl5vn Properties located at 2070 East Center Circle was
approved under City Council Resolution No. 78-366; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required site performance guarantee in the form of
a bond in the amount of $105,000.00; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer that the required site improvements had been
completed, City staff has inspected said site and recommends release of the bond;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of the Site Performance
Bond No. 400FG3037 in the amount of $105,000.00 which was submitted to guarantee site
improvements for Carlson Properties located at 2070 East Center Circle.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
