Pursuant to due call and notice thrreof, a 11 ar� meting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the day of October . 1982.

rniinrilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82- 528
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR TRAMMEL L CROW COMPANY (79003)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Trammell Crow Company located at 13th Avenue North and
Berkshire Lane was approved under City Council Resolution No. 79-150; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required site performance guarantee in the form of
a bond in the amount of $112,500.00; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer that the required site improvements had been
completed, City staff has inspected said site and recommends release of the bond;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of the Site Performance
Bond No. 610064510-4 in the amount of $112,500.00 which was submitted to quarantee
site improvements for Trammel Crow Company located at 13th Avenue North and Berkshire
Lane.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
rInUncilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken the em , the
following voted in ravor thereof: yon Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Schneider

Uhereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
