Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a rp�lar meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the __41b_ day of October . 19 82.

adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82- 527
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE BOND FOR CRAMER-WEIR COMPANY FOR SCOVILLE PRESS
(A-843)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Cramer -Weir Company for Scoville Press located at 2525
Fernbrook Lane North was approved under City Council Resolution No. 80-647; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted a bond as a site performance guarantee in the amount
of $78,750.00; and,
WHEREAS, under Resolution No. 82-263 the City Council rte uced this bond to 510,000.00;
and,
rWHEREAS, upon request of the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends release of the bond;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of the Site Performance
Bond no. 40OF76112 in the amount of $78,750.00 whsch was submitted to guarantee site
improvements for Cramer -Weir Company for Scoville Press located at 2525 Fernbrook Lane
North.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Qynnilmember eider , and upon vote being taken thereon, t9e
following voted in favor thereof: Mavnr Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Schneider
wad TUainan
The following voted against orabstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
