Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, are� meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 4th day of QQcl�ober 1982.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, unciime►BS Mrs Moen,
Schneider and Threinen

Councilmember Threinen introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82- 524
LEVYING TAXES IN THE AMOUNT OF $4,375,223
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the operating budgets for the period
commencing January 1, 1983 and certain monies to finance said budgets are required to
be raised from taxes on taxable property in the City of Plymouth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the following sums of money be raised by tax on taxable property in
the City of Plymouth for the year 1983 as set out in the adopted 1983 City budgets;

BL IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the said tax levy be certified to the County Finance
Director of Hennepin County on or before October 11, 1982.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Counci lmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, tTie
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen,
Schneider and Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
