the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 27th day ofSeptember . 1982.

adoption:
RESOLUTION No. 82- 522
AUTHORIZING REDUCTION OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR VISION OF GLORY LUTHERAN CHURCH
(80050)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Vision of Glory Lutheran Church located at 13200 Highway 55
was approved under City Council Resolution No. 80-687; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required site performance guarantee in the form of
a bond in the amount of $15,000.00; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer City staff has inspected said site and
recommends reduction of the bond;
NOW, THEREFORE, HE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the reduction of the Site
Performance Bond in the amount of $15,000.00 which was submitted to guarantee the site
improvements for Vision of Glory Lutheran Church at 13200 Highway 55, to S 7,500.00
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
