Councilmember Neils introdm-ed the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-517
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT
WITH MOEN AND PENTTILA FOR 1982 AUDITING SERVICES
WHEREAS, Moen and Penttila, Ltd., Certified Public Accountants, have capably provided
audting services to the City of Plymouth for several years; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to ender into an agreement for 1982 auditing services;
NOW, THEREFORE, HE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYR)UTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the Mayor and City Manager to enter
into an agreement dated September 8, 1982, with Moen and Penttila, Ltd., for 1982
auditing services; and
FURTHER, that this Council shall make a determination with respect to auditor
designation for 1983 on or before July 1`, 1983; and
FURTHER, the costs related to audit services z;!-11 be expended from the various
appropriate amounts in relation to the actual audit time expended; and
FURTHER, that Resolution No. 82-492 is rescinded.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmemb Threiqen and upon vote being taken thereon, the
