the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesotawas held the

move its adoption:
RESOLUTION # 82-515
AWARDING BID FOR THE 1982 REFORESTATION PROPOSAL
WHEREAS, $26,000 has been budgeted for the 1982 Reforestation proposal to be
carried out on City -owned lands:
AND, WHEREAS, In accordance with City bid specifications were prepared and
distributed and bid proposals received and opened on September 17, 1982:
AND, WHEREAS, The following bids were received:

AND, WHEREAS, The bid of Fairs Garden Center is in conformance with City specifications
for the plant materials and Fairs Garden Center is therefore declared the lowest
responsible bidder;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESuTA, that it should and hereby does accept the proposal of Fairs Garden Center
in the amount of $17,200.00 and further, that funds for this proposal are authorized
from account No. 206-206-810.
' The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
