HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1982-514CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was he d on the 20th day of September , 1982 . The following members were present:Ma or Davenport, Councilmembers Moen Neils Schneider and Threinen . The following members were absent: none Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 82- 514 ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF UTILITY AND DRAINAGE EASEMENTS ON LOT 1, BLOCK 2, METRO INDUSTRIAL PARK WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, Food Engineering Corporation has petitioned the City Council for a vacation of the following utility and drainage easements: All that part of the 10 foot utility and drainage easement as dedicated in the plat of Metro Industrial Park, filed in the office of the County Recorder, Hennepin County, Minnesota adjoining the northerly and northwesterly line of Lot 1, Block 2, Metro Industrial Park which lies east of the west line of the east 570 feet of said Lot 1. AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said petition and found the same to be in order; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, that is should, and hereby does, establish the date of October 18, 1982 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing on said petition and directs the administra- tive staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the ToM owing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils, Schneider and Threinen The following voted against orabstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
