Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a rmeetino of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the

moved its a option:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-513
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
WELL NO. 7
PROJECT NO. 210
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing for the following changes
to the Well No. 7 contract for Project No. 210:
Add unit price for 17-3/4" diameter open hole and change bottom
portion to this diameter hole
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for the Well No. 7 contract for Project 210 is recom-
mended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that Change Order No. 1 for the Well No. 7 contract for Project 210 adding a 17-3/4"
diameter hole at a unit price of $40.00/lin. ft. is approved.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
