HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1982-509CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a rAp4jar meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was neld on the 20th day of cPptamhor , 1962. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, CounciImembers Moen, Neils, Schneider & Threinen. The following members were absent: none Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 82- 509 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND WELLINGTON ADDITION (A-472) WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated October 3, 1977, Paul A. Lawrence Company, developer of Wellington Addition (A-472), has agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below; and WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the completed work; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows: ITEM ORIGINAL AMOUNT NEW AMOUNT Street Construction $ 48,218 $-O- Sanitary Sewer 29,425 -0- Watermain 34,559 -0- Storm Sewer 14,672 -0- Boulevard Sod 8,400 -0- Pond or Ditch Construction 1,000 -0- Street Signs 600 -0- Street Sweeping and Storm Sewer Cleaning 1,500 -0- Erosion Control 1,000 -0- Site Grading 27,000 -0- Trails 8,500 -0- TOTAL $174,874 $-0- That the lettf:r of credit required which was previously reduced to $36,387 be further reduced to zero ($0) reflect the completed work. FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the street construction, concrete curb and gutter, sanitary sewer, watermain and storm sewer are accepted as of September 20, 1982 for continual maintenaice subject to the one year guarantee by the developer. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils, Gbpo dor and Thrpinga The following voted against or stained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adoptio
