Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reqular meeting of the City

CoMncilmember Schneider Introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-507
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND
HERITAGE ESTATES ADDITION 3RD (A-824)
WHLRLAS, in accordance with the development contract dated June 16, 1980, The
Medford Corporation, developer of Heritage Estates 3rd Addition (A-824), has
agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and
WHLREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site
grading as rioted below; and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to
reflect the completed work;
NOW, THERLFORL, BL IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNLSOTA that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows:

That the letter of credit required which was previously reduced to $6,200 be
further reduced to $3,100 to reflect the completed work.
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the street construction and concrete curb and gutter
are accepted as of September 20, 1982 for continual maintenance.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
Sr4npidpr and n
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
