Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a rAnijl4r meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 20th _ day of
IrZontamhor , 1982. The following. members were presen :Mayor Davenport,
rniinrj1mPmhRrS Moen, Neils, Schneider & ThreineR The following member3 were
absent: none .
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-506
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND
HERITAGE ESTATES ADDITION 2ND (A-824)
WHLRLAS, in accordance with the development contract dated June 16, 1980, The
Medford Corporation, developer of Heritage Estates 2nd Addition (A-824), has
agreed to install certain Improvements for said development; and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site
grading as rioted below; and
WHLREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to
reflect the completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows:

Boulevard Sod
Street Signs
Street Sweeping and Storm Sewer Cleaning

That the letter of credit required which was previously reduced to $8,000 be
further reduced to $4,300 to reflect the completed work.
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the street construction and concrete curb and qutter
are accepted as of September 20, 1982 for continual maintenance.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
fniinrilmpmher Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
Srhnpidpr and Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
