HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1982-505CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 20th day of DSPptember , 1982. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, fn��ncilmembers Moen, Neils, Schneider & ThreinerL The followin' g members were absent: none Cowncilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adopt on: RESOLUTION NO. 82- 505 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND HERITAGE ESTATES ADDITION (A-824) WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated July 18, 1979, The Medford Corporation, developer of Heritage Estates Addition (A-824), has agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below; and WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the completed work; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows: ITEM Street Construction Sanitary Sewer Watermain Storm Sewer Boulevard Sod Pond or Ditch Construction Street Signs Street Sweeping and Storm Sewer Cleaning Erosion Control Site Grading Design, Administration, Inspection, As-Builts TOTAL ORIGINAL AMOUNT NEW AMOUNT $134,834 $ -0- 125,510 -0- 77,841 -0- 45,510 -0- 10,200 6,000 1,000 -0- 600 -0- 1,500 1,000 1,500 500 177,990 -0- 69.178.20 200 $645,663.20 $7,700 That the letter of credit required which was previously reduced to $19,450 be further reduced to $7,700 to reflect the completed work. FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the street construction and concrete curb and gutter are accepted as of September 20, 1982 for continual maintenance. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Cnuncilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils, Is Schneider and Threinen The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. wt* *�
