Coyn�ilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its a option:
RESOLUTION NO. 82- 503
DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION
AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT
STREET LIGHTING - WEST RIDGE ESTATES 4TH ADDITION
WHEREAS, a petition has been received from Laukka & Associates, Inc. reque-sting
installation of ornamental residential street lighting in blest Ridge Estates 4th
Addition;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE :y OF PLYMOUTH:
1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of West Ridge Estates 4th Addition
by the installation of residential ornamental street lighting, filed with
the City Council on September 20, 1982, is hereby declared to be signed by the
required percentage of owners of property affected thereby. This declaration
is made in conformance to Minnesota Statutes Section 429.035.
2. The petition is signed by 100% of the affected property owners and they have
waived their right to public improvement and special assessment hearings.
3. The petition is hereby referred to the City Engineer ai;d f3 is instructed to
report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising he Council in a
preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is Feasible and as tc'
whether it should best be made as proposed or in conjunction with some other
improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
