Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
20th day of September 19 82 . The following members.were
present:Mavor Davenport, Councilmem ers Moen, Weils, Schneider and Threinen.
The following meers were absent: none
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved is adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-500
APPROVING A MANAGEMENT SERVICES CONTRACT BETWEEN THE PLYMOUTH
HOUSING & REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY AND THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth performs certain functions for the Plymouth Housing
& Redevelopment Authority; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to define what housing management services are to be
performed by the City for the Plymouth NRA; and
WHEREAS, these services are hereby addressed in a written contract to be signed
by both parties; and
WHEREAS, the attached management services contract has been reviewed by HUD, the
Plymouth City attorney and has been approved by the Plymouth HRA on August 2,
1982;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, that
the attached Management Services Contract be approved, signed by the Mayor and
City Manager and a copy forwarded to the HUD Area office.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
