the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 2 Eh day of September 1982.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers oen, ells, —

The following members were absent: none

adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-499
SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO FILING OF LOT CONSOLIDATION/DIVISION FOR ROBERT MIDDLEMIST
(81070)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a Lot Consolidation/Division for Robert
Middlemist, Resolution No. 82-498;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to be met
prior to filing of said Lot Consolidation/Division:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. No Building Permit to be issued until the Lot Consolidation/Division is filed
• with Hennepin County.
3. Submittal of all necessary utility easements prior to filinq Lot Consoli-
dation,'Uivision with Henn*. -pint County.
fhe motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by

following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pas and adopted.
