Councilmembers Moen, Neits, — 0 o Ing mowers were sent: none Wnnri1mPmhPr Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its apt.ion: RESOLUTION NO. 82- 498 APPROVING LOT CONSOLIDATION/DIVISION FOR EXISTING PLATTED LOTS FOR ROBERT MIDDLEMIST (81070) WHEREAS, Robert Middlemist has requested consolidation and division of existing platted parcels within the City of Plymouth; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following consolidation and divi- sion, and that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections based upon City Policy when the Consolidation and Division are approved by Hennepin County: PARCEL A: Lot 12 EXCEPT the northwesterly 36 feet thereof as measured at right angles to and parallel with the northwesterly line of said Lot 12; all of Lot 13; and the northwest- erly 32.30 feet of Lot 14 as measured at right angles to and parallel with the north- westerly line of said Lot 14. All in Block 6, "Schiebe's Highland View Addition," according to the recorded plat there. Area: = 20,678 sq. ft. PARCEL B: Lot 14 EXCEPT the northwesterly 32.30 feet thereof as measured at right angles to and parallel with the northwesterly line of said Lot 14; all of Lot 15; ani that part of adjoining vacated Gaylord Avenue lying between the extension of the southwesterly line of Block 6 and the southwesterly right-of-way line of Trunk Highway 55, as described in Book 2142 of Deeds, page 427, Document No. 308413; of Deeds, all in "Schiebe's Highland View Addition," according to the recorded Ntat thereof. Area = 20,7138. sq. ft. To be divided as follows: PARCEL A: Lot 12 EXCEPT the northwesterly 36 feet thereof as measured at right angles to and parallel with the northwesterly line of said Lot 12; all of Lot 13; anis that part of Lot 14 lying northwesterly of a line drawn from a point in the southwesterly line of said Lot 14, distant 32.59 feet southeasterly of the most westerly corner of said Lot 14, to a point in the northeasterly line of said Lot 14 distant 28.59 feet southeaster- ly of the most northerly corner of said Lot 14, all in Block 6, "Schiebe's Highland View Addition," according to the recorded plat thereof. Area = 20,318 sq. ft. Pagetwo Resolution No. 82-498 PARCEL B: That part of Lot 14 lying southeasterly of a line drawn from a point in the southwesterly line of said Lot 14 distant 32.59 feet southeasterly of the most westerly corner of said Lot 14 to a point in the northeasterly line of said Lot 14 distant 28.59 feet southeasterly of the most northerly corner of said Lot 14; all of Lot 15; and that part of adjoining vacated Gaylord Avenue lying between the extension of the southwesterly line of Block 6, and the southwesterly right-of-way line of Trunk Highway 55, as described in Book 2142 of Deeds, page 427, Document No. 3084134 of Deeds, all in Block 6, "Schiebe's Highland View Addition," according to the recorded plat thereof. Area = 21,098 sq. ft. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the 0 owing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils, The following voted against or star none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
