Ha The following mos�ers were presents ver navennort. 35ncilmembers Roan, Rel is, the ig wombers were Abaentt nnno �ppncilmeinber Schneider introduced the following Resolution and roved its ad"flont RESOLUTION NO. 82- 497 APPROVING SITE PLAN AND VARIANCES FOR ROHERT MIDDLEMIST FOR "ALPINE OFFICE RUILDINC" (81070) WHEREAS, Robert Middlemist has requested approval of a Site Plan and Variances for a two-story office building to be located in Section 36, between Highway 55 and rounty Road 15; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends its approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Robert Middlemist for for a Site Plan and Variances for a two-story, 5,184 sq. ft. office building to be lo- cated in Section 36, between Highway 55 and County Road 15, subject to the following conditions: 1. Submission of required Site Performance Agreement and financial guarantee for completion of site improvements. 2. Any signage shall be in compliance with the Ordinance. 3. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to Ordinance required reviews and approvals. 5. Submittal of appropriate legal agreements per City Attorney's approval for shared use of fire hydrant. 6. Trash enclosure be constructed per Zoning Ordinance Standards and be relocated so as to not interfere with the parking spaces. 7. Approved variances include: a) Front yard building setback to County Road 15 (50 ft. vs 75 Ft.); b) side yard building setback to east property line (10 ft. vs 15 ft.); C) parking space setback to County Road 15 (5 ft. vs 10 ft.); page two Resolution No. 82-497 d) parking space setback to east property line (10 ft. vs 20 ft.); e) parking space setback to building (8 ft. vs 10 ft.); f) number of required parking spaces (24 vs 26); 8. Compliance with the Engineer's Memorandum for this project. • The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by n , and upon vote being taken thiqreon, the 7ollowing voted in favor thereof: yon Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Nei Schneider and Threinen The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
